We want your first Dabble pouch to feel like an easy yes. If it isn’t for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund the price you paid for your first pouch, less the $5.40 shipping and handling cost.

Although standard NZ shipping is included with your order, the actual $5.40 shipping and handling cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

How to claim

1. Email help@dabblehealth.co.nz within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your name and order number.
3. We’ll confirm your refund by email. You do not need to return an opened first pouch.

What the guarantee covers

• Your first Dabble order purchased directly from dabblehealth.co.nz.
• The price paid for one first pouch, less the $5.40 shipping and handling cost.
• One claim per customer and household.

What it doesn’t cover

• The $5.40 shipping and handling cost.
• Subscription renewal orders.
• More than one opened pouch from a multi-pouch order.
• Orders purchased from another retailer.
• Requests received more than 30 days after delivery.

Subscriptions

Claiming the guarantee does not automatically cancel a subscription. You can pause, skip or cancel future orders through your customer portal, or email us and we’ll help.

Your consumer rights

This 30-day guarantee is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. It does not limit any rights you may have if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
