FAQ
What is the 30-day money-back guarantee?
Try your first Dabble pouch risk-free. If it isn’t for you, email help@dabblehealth.co.nz within 30 days of delivery with your name and order number, and we’ll refund the price paid for your first pouch.
The guarantee applies once per customer and household to your first order purchased directly from Dabble. You don’t need to return an opened first pouch.
Subscription renewals and more than one opened pouch from a multi-pouch order aren’t covered. Claiming the guarantee does not automatically cancel a subscription, so please pause or cancel future deliveries separately.
