Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Dabble.

We ship every business day from Christchurch, New Zealand, and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched every business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Times

We offer NZ-wide shipping, with most orders arriving within 1–2 business days.

Please note that rural addresses and unexpected courier delays may result in slightly longer delivery times.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure prompt delivery, shipping times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including weather events, public holidays, and courier network delays.
